I am interested in understanding the computational mechanisms that allow the brain to perceive and interpret complex stimuli. My current research primarily focuses on human face perception, where I leverage generative models to conduct rigorous behavioral experiments and construct computational models of human face representation. My ultimate goal is to harness this understanding to develop systems that synergize human cognitive abilities and artificial intelligence to tackle complex challenges. I am also interested in issues of fairness and accountability in AI.
